This sounds fab....my bank balance won think so after ive signed up to Sky Sports and Movies HD though :p

Hopefully with the Ofcom ruling (for Sky Sports anyway) they'll be able to offer something like: pay the same as you do now but get HD; or pay the new lower price for SD only. It would be a good way for Sky to shore up their wholesale margin and good for us too.

Is this source reliable ? Cant see sky caving in like this. Hope it is correct would love sky one hd.

Big Red (AFAIK) is usually pretty spot on...+ AndrewCrawford seems to be backing him up and Andy is very reliable.

Whats amazed me with Virgin is no advertising about watching the world cup in hd. Just the usual 2 for 20 leaflets. Virgin really need to market there services better.
