I'm one of the lucky one's I'm NHS. I don't think it should be that much as I reckon it just needs to be set back in place, don't think I need a new crown.

Over the years my wife has had 3 crowns fitted, 2 have come loose and had to be re secured but eventually the teeth had to be extracted due in part to the tooth braking up.

Doesn't seem a problem in Cambridge from a simple Google, lots say they're taking on new patients, i guess it varies but you can get a list for the area.

l know quite a few places down here where its very hard to get a new dentist.

My dentist is really good especially with the wee one.
Tooth fixed and was only charged £9.04 now that's good IMO.

I have a good dentist, bug so far all I need is clean and polish. I am quite lucky,

Oh, and found that way back in the late 1800's, one of my ancestors married policeman, who went on to become Deputy Assistant Commissioner for Dorset Police.
