Fingers crossed they will be launching other channels as they have mentioned the launch of Spike as a separate footnote within the press release? I mean, to some it probably won't mean much but I have mentioned this in the past but I do miss MTV Classic. :)

NTL did something similar. Around once every 2 days, they rotated channel 106 (when BBC One was channel 1) aka the Guest Channel, so the channels in the more expensive packages were allowed to air on this slot for 24-48 hours before handing over this slot to another channel in order to tempt customers in the basic pack to upgrade. I have a feeling something such as this may return to Virgin.

-"The Best of 2016 winners" will be reveal on December 12th - Voting info to be given out in November.
-Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2017) will launch sometime within December 27th and December 28th.

Then, one month 'Rapture' was The Guest Channel. After the month was up it remained on its own channel on the most basic package at the time and The Guest Channel was no more.

I suspect that they had just signed a carriage agreement with Rapture and used this to create the impression that it was something extra for the final month of The Guest Channel :D
