A cup of horrid tasting tea.
Don't know what brand it is, it's sold by northern tea merchants and its all we have here at work. It don't help either that I have to use that powered milk crap either. Stroll on half 11 when I get home and I can have something decent.

Nice cup of Yorkshire Gold Assam... Then my plan is to plonk myself in front of the TV and veg out for a few hours watching the reruns of yesterdays F1 practice sessions..
