When oh when are we going to get all the sports channels in HD.
Considering how much we pay for them it's a blooming disgrace

Sky have decided to stop referring to their channels in HD all of a sudden. Basically how they would always pronounce the channel with the HD at the end. Could this beva sign of a potential deal.

Or it could be a sign that SKY HD channels are being withdrawn from competitor platforms :shocked:

Would love to see SS3 and SS4 and F1 in HD. Frustrating having not all of the US Open, F1 and NFL in HD.

By the way just seen that British Eurosport have signed a 2 year deal to show the MNF from the NFL. Good to have that in HD again.

Nope, OFCOM ruled that they were not making consumers aware that the content was also available in SD also and they have to change to "also in HD" or "Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD" for example

Don't think there is any official info available but OFCOM received 1 complaint about it and they forced sky to stop referring to channels as HD IE this weekend on sky sports 1 HD. It makes sense as not everyone has HD channels

Its all rumours and speculation at the moment and MB will update us l am sure very soon.
