Was reading the faq there wont be blu rays but looking at ways to improve but no mention of buying in UHD like amazon prime

I tried to access the store from the link on the "Home" menu screen, but after the loading screen appeared for a second, the box lost signal to the tv. I tried twice and the same thing happened. Not sure if it's a small bug or not.

Hi Ben,

The TV is LG, not sure of the display settings. They should be at the highest as it is a 4K TV.

Should I change these settings?

It would be worth experimenting with lower resolutions to see if it resolves it

Cheers SP, I'll give it a go tonight when I get home from work.

Hopefully it's a simple fix like that.

I'm guessing there will be no UHD on-demand films if I have to lower the resolution lol

I was told that they take all suggestions from customers on board, there is no plans at the moment for uhd movies on demand but to keep an eye out for it in the future scary
