What does Powerade do that It's not a good idea to buy it?

Peter is behaving and I get to see Natalie this weekend before she goes off to Africa. So all in all I'm happy for a change :)

After 3 years of searching I finally managed to locate the birth cert. for my great grandad (the joy of odd name variations) and found out who his mam was since this information became lost in the sands of time. Amazing how a single piece of paper can answer so many questions.
