Well out of all the forums this has been posted on not one person has reported getting one of these headsets, I got my dispatch email on the 28th Feb deliver via ANC and so far have nothing. Maybe BT decided to play a trick on us?

Doesnt BT sending the dispatch advice note count as evidence that they accepted a contract to deliver the said item ?

Wouldnt they be in breach of said contract if they failed to deliver ?

That is what I am thinking, I have kept my dispatch e-mail and will be contacting them next week.
If you follow the tracking link in the said message it says 'no tracking data has been found' so it looks like they did not send it. :mad:

Good on ya... They have probably just decided to ignore everyone, thinking that noone is going to kick up a fuss over £5.
