Just had my LCD 40in panel replaced inside my Sony telly which was done using the free 5year warranty through Domestic and General without any hassles what so ever, so i am well impressed.

No more banging, twisting or swearing at the screen anymore when i switch it on! :D

The agency I work for just phoned, I was expecting to be told don't back tomorrow or ever again (as I was unable to do my job to an attack of gout and unable to deliver the mail on my run, but I was ask to do the job I did when I first started).

But it was just a feedback call and the company is pleased with me. (lets hope then they up my £5.93ph to a way better salary).

Things are looking up for me, therapy is going well, i have a new therapist coming to my house every wednesday starting next week for 12 weeks, she'll be helping me face the world and possibly get a JOB :D, can't wait to start, ill still see my first therapist for another 6 weeks.

Getting my life sorted AT LAST!.

I echo those sentiments, good to see some positives :)

My happy though seems almost mundane / of no consequence in comparison - however it seem Mrs Gaz & I have enough Tesco clubcard vouchers to get her a new 'phone & me a netbook at what amounts to half price with the exchange deal they are doing up to 5th December.

Thanks, Mrs Gaz got her 'phone today - a Samsung Europa she is really pleased with & I'm thinking a netbook can be justified for half price, it will be really useful when I have to travel by air :)

The part of my job that requires travelling involves visiting our suppliers to ensure the products we buy from them 'do what they say on the tin' .

Products we get from Denmark include Butter & Blue Cheese, so I visit the factories to check them out.

What is nice (happy thought) about Denmark is that the people are really friendly, they have good roads but hardly any traffic, cosy hotels & nice food :)

Them are the ones where they see which of you have the personality they're looking for. so they'll probably do like a quiz where you all have to come up with a farm animal sound. so if you know the answer you sit there going hee haw.. hee haw.. (donkey)

Well I got an insurance quote from my current car comp. They wanted £520, went online and found one with protected NCB and no hire car for £443.

Told this to my current and they changed my quote (after speaking to manager, I reckon this might be BS) to £453 with hire car. so I'm staying.

Why don't companies give the better quote first of. it would stop people leaving and going elsewhere.

That might be a good thing that you didn't hear back so fast from them as they might just be doing the ones first who didn't get the job and may call you to either tell you that you got the job or be called back for a second interview. Good luck with the the application for Next ;)
