The trouble is, its never going to give the Russian "take" on things. It isn't there to inform anyone about what Russia is doing. More to undermine and spread misinformation about the west. A mix of propaganda and divide and rule tactics.

I think it likely that nothing significant will happen before Christmas, except perhaps some new apps on the new Tivo box when it arrives.

I suspect also that we are coming to the end of the era of new channels arriving on Virgin Media. On demand material and apps are the way ahead judging by what has been coming out of Liberty Global. Content is what matters now, not channels.

Radio Times: Sky Cinema to launch Sky Cinema Pixar on Monday.

Radio Times has confirmed that Sky Cinema Family will become know as Sky Cinema Pixar for two weeks from Monday.

You will find Sky Cinema Pixar on:

-Sky Cinema Pixar on Virgin UK Channel 406.
-Sky Cinema Pixar HD on Virgin UK Channel 436.
-Sky Cinema Pixar on Virgin Ireland Channel 303.
-Sky Cinema Pixar HD on Virgin Ireland Channel 333.

An Media Boy Sources has told us today that Virgin Media UK are testing an other BT Sport 2 HD channel out.

We think it for the games being shown in HD over the next 48 hours on Virgin UK Channel 100.

It is, also keep your eyes peeled as UHD channels are on route apparantly, only one i can think off is BT Sport maybe vm and BT have sealed a deal?

I know Sky has also got one via the Red Button.

I like the sound of UHD Discovery, that would be awesome.
Hope they give some more info about what 4K content plans they have.

Planet Earth 2 in 4K would be amazing if that becomes available on a one-off BBC channel. Would be great to showcase what the new box could do as well.
