Felt a bit peckish so I had 3 cheeky slices of cheese on toast with some Dave's insanity sauce (it's just after midnight and insomnia is playing havoc with my body clock)

Baked Rustique cheesebox (added garlic, thyme, and red wine), with cranberry sauce, pancetta, with balsamic / garlic dressed rocket. With a good garlic and coriander nan breads for dipping.

Washed down with a excellent red.

Blooming lovely as well.
