I loved that place, both for the concerts (Tina Turner, Tears for Fears, etc) and that bit of beach after Shorthorn Station. ;)

Sunshine and snow showers yesterday left us with about an inch lying on the ground by nightfall, which froze solid in -7c overnight. :erm:

Bright sunshine this morning but the temperature so far has struggled to get up to -2. Brr!

Daughter's nursery has closed because the central heating has broken. On a freezing Monday morning I would expect that means a burst pipe somewhere.
