No actually its been a long day but a very enjoyable one and a drinking chocolate is just what is required at this present time.:)

I once visited a mead brewery near Adelaide, amazing bear, wine and also they did a mead spirit which was amazing

Well mine is made from 4L Apple @ £0.59 (not fruit juice) 4 jars of cheap honey @ £1.15 all chucked in a clean Demijohn with an airlock and you get 6 bottles of Mead. Only problem the longer you leave it the better it gets, mine was made in April :cool: Pity I can't have a still to make the spirit version :D

I am drinking some Orange Soda :)
