PSG have opened talks with Pep Guardiola according to L'Equipe and others. Wenger is however nearer the top of their list which also contains Mourinho.

l am not sure if the French League is high profile enough for Pep or Jose but Arsene might jump at the chance to go back to his homeland given the troubles at the Emirates.

Klopp is a very good young manager and would be a very suitable candidate should the Arsenal hotseat become vacant.

Klopp does. He is just off the radar enough to be ignored by City/Chelsea/PSG as they'll look for a brand name and someone who has won the Champions League. They're easily attracted to a big name. Klopp is a very good manager based on the evidence thus far but doesn't get a lot of attention, at least not the amount he deserves. A good bet for United as well however.

the team was said to have been torn into after the defeat vs Swansea...

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footba...-raged-1470107

Wenger has however squashed it. he has in the past not let it be known obviously but you can read between the lines that something happened. this time its a firm no. it may of happened and hes saying no so it doesnt destroy the team fully i dont know...

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20582489

few quotes from that.

on form...

But from 3 December to 1 of January [when the transfer window opens] we have 28 days and many big games. So what is important is immediately to do something about it."
in England what? why? huh? so Real and Barca dont compete on mega bucks? AC and Inter dont compete. Bayern ahh the guys deluded. tell you what he wont buy because he wants to prove us all wrong by trying to achieve the impossible. why didnt he add in 08 when there was money? because he threw money at pee takers. 'in England the response is to buy' youve lost it. go and hand Bendtner another 50k fool!

Nah I think he is more than safe. Not least because of the 7 year contract but Ashley seems to be determined to stick with him and the focus of the poor run has been on the team and it's injury problems.
