Been coming down here since about 11am, very fine, but enough for about half an inch settled already.

Yup - a couple of inches of snow in North Leeds.

The Heathrow - Leeds flight I was on had to circle for 25 minutes above Leeds Airport while they cleared the runways, as it had been closed for a bit; touch and go if we were going to be diverted to Manc.

And that would have been a nice journey back from Manchester! Just out of interest was the flight busy? - you know i have a vested interest.
