I don't have XL broadband and was offered one.

I just have XL TV and phone.

All it says is XL TV with BB and phone ( it does not say which BB and phone pack you have )

It's seems to some it's vague but it's so new, give it a couple of months and it will be no doubt like ordering V+.

It will pan out.

Is TiVo installed to your existing cable set up, so it would be like a box swap, or do you have to have new cabling laid? Or new boxes on the walls etc?

From what i have heard it just is a box swap.

Box swap, then the box downloads all the updates and epg info, then the the installer shows you how to use it.

Just my luck at last Virgin called me this afternoon
but I was traveling on a train & the call would not connect,:(

Hope the Tivo team will call me again...please....

Shame we can't call them back bit of a silly system,
