IT took them nearly a week to acknowledge what was going on last week. It would appear to be localised I have no bump again tonight.

Err, the contract may have a bearing on this. We're tied in since the 30 to 60M and Tivo upgrade. Another 9 months to go IIRC.

OK - here's mine for your perusal (cpc5-stkp7-***.cable.virginmedia.com). It's not really heavily used although 3-5pm was footie time ;) Currently on a very good 20/2 (Broadband XL) but s*it-scared about moving to 60MB and superhub.
