I don't recall denying it, I said from fairly early on this was what was happening.

Not sure what I did wrong, but have tried setting it up twice none work.

It doesn't make sense because my internet is flawless.

There is a setting somewhere on the hub web interface to enable the icmp/pings which are needed to get the graph to work.

The bump is back dead on 8pm for me and a few others I have seen, but only a small percent. Pretty sure its not UBR related but hard to narrow it down to the other problems here.

I dont have the bump over here, maybe its localised this time?

Edit: It seems to be only a small amount of people affected.

Only showing for a select few VM areas this evening so not the same problem as before.

No TH, I'm not using my connection (apart from being here on CF). Going to reboot the the Superhub and see what transpires. If I go missing for a while then at least the search parties will have an idea as to where to look :)

Making an educated that its down to the Croydon area network, which affects south london down to crawley I think.

Re: Think Broadband Ping Monitor Results (POST YOURS)

Yes, our connection is routed through Croydon: cpc14-craw6-2-0-cust201.croy.cable.virginmedia.com. Still not impressed given the 5 hour loss of TV and BB two weeks ago, followed by a further two 20 minute BB outages last week. The chap in India was insistent that there was no issue in this area, despite the fact that I had no internet and neither did a friend who lives in the next street. We're on different cabinets yet had the same problem. Oddly, when service resumed, it was at the same time for both of us. Not an area fault though!
