Opened a pack of spuds only to find that one had liquefied. The stench was unbelievable. Washed the rest and they're OK.

That is a disgusting smell, I had that in the summer. The smell took hours to go away as well, even though I sprayed Lynx liberally.

I have two today.

1) My dog having dirty paws then walking through my living room leaving a trail of paw prints.

2) The price of trainers when you go into the men's size. The trainers for my my wee one has almost doubled in price just because he has went up a size.

Childrens shoes are VAT free I believe although that should mean a 20% rise, but you know what retailers are like.

Energy comparison sites. My energy plan is coming up for renewal so I looked at a comparison site and guess what I can save £250 per year by switching. I can even save that amount by staying with my current supplier.

Except I wont be saving money as all tariffs have in fact risen by about that much so it makes no difference whether I change or stay.

Put some aftershave on it before it gets any bigger.

I went shopping yesterday with my mum, sister, nephew & niece.

They saw some trainers they like, so I bought them for them, but they can't have them until Christmas, they thought they were in a sale, but they weren't, but they only cost £150.:D:angel:

The price of some trainers is truly ridiculous. Glad you had a nice day with your Mum, sister, niece and nephew Hom3r, hope your Mum took it nice and easy Hom3r.

I bet your Mum really enjoyed her day out with her family.

No different to paying £160 for a pair of timberland boots though? got pairs that are three years old and still going strong, costs pennies per day in real terms

My pet hate, project managers that just cant manage projects then look for the fall guy when it all goes titsup (Total Inability To Support Usual Perfromance)
