Cable Forum - Snow !

I think it's pretty hilarious.

The BBC, for example, have sort of gambled on this snow flurry as being some kind of cataclysmic event, and it just hasn't happened.

For the most part there's been a few inches knocking about, but seriously for it to be really newsworthy you'd expect a couple of feet.

I live, pretty much, in the Peak District, above the usual snow line, and we've had nothing you can t handle.

But there was a special weather bulletin on earlier which basically said, everything's alright.........thanks.

Paul M am quite disappointed with the amount or the quality of the snow thats dropped was looking forward to going to wollaton tomorrow and have a sleigh or something like that :D

It started here at 9am and still snowing at 12:20, I parked at the top of my hill just in front of the double yellow lines.

Some idiot was revving the crap out of his engine trying to get to the top of our hill, then parked behind me on the double yellow lines now making it hard for me to get out.

Hopefully he gets a ticket, or has gone before I leave for work tomorrow.

Snow falls and there's always at least one idiot who decides it's a good idea to park right on the junction at the bottom of our steep hill thereby making everyone else's access considerably more awkward! Grrrr.....
