Re: US Election 2016

Too late for all of that.

The election is in a month.

It will be between Trump and Clinton.

From what l have read and seen on Tv. There are going to be lawyers, rubbing there hands in the morning with Law suits, coming from the Clintons.

Trump has actually called Hilary a 'bully' on Tv. You cannot get a better slander but than that.

On the Bill Clinton bit. I can see a law suit coming from that.

I think the polls are still neck and neck.

If Trump wins, l cannot see him living long. He will need Double Secret Service personnel. Someone is bound to take a shot at him.

He is a disgrace to the United States. Just think all that money he has. He will try and rule the world.

Come on Clinton

What makes you think that Clinton is the right choice? They're both just as bad as each other.

If I had to choose between the lesser of 2 evils, I wouldn't choose Clinton.

Re: US Election 2016

Both are dodgy financially and morally neither one would be any sane person's choice for president and no matter which one eventually wins the US is going to be a very divided nation and neither candidate has what it takes to bridge the divide. A country as large and populus as the US and these two are the best they can put up for office, that in itself is a sad indictment of the political state of affairs. Seems no matter where you go in the western world there isn't much political talent to be found maybe it's time for a revolution or two :erm:.

False equivalence.

Clinton and her husband have been extensively investigated over the last 25 years, again and again, yet never been prosecuted - there have been multiple Benghazi investigations, but nothing found, and regarding the "email scandal", she was doing exactly the same as her Republican predecessors in the State House, but they haven't been investigated.

Comparing someone who has been a very effective Senator and Secretary of State, known for working across party lines, with a sexist blowhard business failure just plays into Trump's hands..

I look at it this way. Trump will ruin the relationshop with all countries that the US deal with. He has upset a great deal of women.

He will also cause wars with his stand againsy migrants.

He has NO experience as a politican. Yet Clinton has

A poll has now put Clinton ahead in Ohio. Trump's main route to success would require both Ohio and Florida. If Clinton wins one and certainly both she wins the Presidency.

Reagan was a B movie actor but turned out to be a capable president. I think that many people are fed up to the back teeth with carear politicians and might well go for the alternative however abrasive he seems. It's a refreshing change. :erm:

The Russians want Trump. Wikileaks just happened to drop Clinton documents on the back of Trump's fresh scandal. The Russians and Wikileaks have been tied for ages.

Suggestions the next debate will see Trump go for her neck and go full out on trashing Bill Clinton and Hillary's role in his past doings.

He was also Governor of California for 6 years prior to running for President.

He is a bit more than 'abrasive' though.

Problem for them is as much as many Americans hate Clinton they hate Russia more and are unlikely to trust Wikileaks/Russia in addition to be repulsed by the idea they're trying to influence an election. Any American seen to be working them would be bordering on treason.

It's more, I struggle to see how Wikileaks can maintain a Batman like image given recent events regarding Russia in Syria. I've heard an explanation before but I've forgotten the theory or reason Wikileaks and Russia have some form of agreement. This is based on Wikileaks having not targeted Russia in some time. I'm sure some American Patriots still hate Wikileaks too so it's not really anything game changing.

I don't know what agreement they have but they're passing things onto Wikileaks and their puppet Assange.

Re: US Election 2016

CNN and YouGov polls have given it to Clinton albeit by a smaller margin than the last debate. I haven't seen the debate but the reaction so far seems to be that Trump did better than last time and avoided disaster.

We will have to see if it has any effect. Threatening to jail Clinton is started to develop as a the story from it.
