Re: Eastenders

just watched tonights 'enders with my wife and thought it is a terrible story line to have at this time of year ,i know it's meant to be true to life and all that but is there really any need in a entertainment show

The soaps are always competing for the most outragious storyline this time of year.It gets the viewers and thats all that matter to them.

That is true but i think eastenders have crossed the line with story ,i think it will upset a few people who have had similar experience

I dont disagree but lets face it everyone has suffered loss of some kind and are going to be vunerable to storylines on tv shows.

One thing I have noticed in my short life is Life goes on and it pays no respect to individual circumstances.

erm.....That would be because it's a depressing soap and it's in the script that she will never be happy and die a miserable lonely old spinster

any way it looks like she's going to nick alfies baby and put her dead one in it's place so she's going to be alright

to bring a bit of reality to the fiction grief can make people act in strange ways. The sheer enormaity of the emotion a parent would feel in that situation could easily break the weaker mind leading to virtually insanity

My step mum is saying the same thing "how could anyone do that" when you go through something like that your body and mind will obviously go crazy, Ronnie knew she did wrong and was about to take the baby back, i feel sorry for her, people seem to have forgotten Ronnie lost the baby and she deserve a bit of sympathy.

Thank god soaps aint real lol.

Why are we not hearing any more about Ronnie and the snatched baby? Surely it's time to bring this particularly heartbreaking saga to an end, and have the long awaited reunion of baby Tommy with his rightful parents.
