i've said before half the problem is all the millions that is paid to agents. It's money that leaks out of the game and if the clubs weren't held to ransom on mystery fees to agents for no reason we could all get cheaper tickets.

Shame FIFA and UEFA etc don't seem to give a toss

Too true as at the end of the day the supporter is basically the last thing the greedy clubs care about.

Yes it was bad and shouldn't happen, but is a slight push on the face really enough to leave someone on the floor needing so called "treatment"

Yes, good strike

I find lennon a frustrating player. Good pace, nice skills, but doesn't know when to release the ball...always tries to beat 5 players, when 1 or 2 would do. And poor at crossing :)

It does not matter if it was a slight push in the face as we must not tolerate mindless thuggish supporters invading the pitch to potentially injure someone but not just that as well as when people see that on TV it put football in a very bad light indeed.

If it had happened to Man Utd, there would be an uproar, probably protests, and claims that Man Utd should be awarded the premiership for next 10 years, as compensation

I of course exaggerate, 9 years is closer to truth :D

Internationals happen 2 days prior to league fixtures around Europe. Thats even worse. Luckily for us in the EPL it balances out in the end and changes are allowed if a good enough case is put forward such as Chelsea last season.

Fair play to you on the result TD.

We are in serious trouble with our defence, or lack of.

Failing to sign Premiership players is coming back to haunt us.

Sorry to see your team struggling Julian and l think its crucial your team try to sign some experienced PS players in January as its still early days yet and there have been many teams with some inspired signings in Jan who have got them out of the relegation mire by the end of the season.

try telling Theo. its the norm with all these hikes and to be honest Wengers to blame as well banging out silly contracts. when youve got players on 50 odd k offering nothing like Bender of course those offering something will want double. anyway it looks like theres going to be two decent target men up for grabs for a cut fee or on a free in 2013. Fernando Llorente and Robert Lewandowski. I'd happily take Lewandowski. Chamakh and Bendtner need to leave making room for 2 targetmen in Giroud already here and Lewandowski. I'd also like a smaller active type of striker in.

Unfortunately money is talking here. It would make no sense to leave a club regularly securing Champions League football for one that struggles to make the Europa League (Qualifying through a final)

To me the Celtic game was good apart from the fact that they were up against Barca.

Barca dominated this game and showed Celtic how to play good football and the Celt Keeper kept them in the game, the killer shot was Barca's winner, BUT why did Celtic allow the ball go past FIVE players before the goal was scored.

I was rooting for Celtic tonight, but they have to play better than this against the big guns.

Glad you enjoyed the game Arthur. It's true that they have to play better if they want to beat Barca. Just a little bit of effort and we'd have beat them by 3 or 4.

I suspect the ball went past the five players because they all choose to duck out of the way in the 94th minute to ensure they wouldn't go home with a point. Personally, I wouldn't be shocked if it transpires that the players each had a pound on 2-1 being the correct score. I'm pretty sure the goalkeeper tried to punch the ball into the net a minute before Barca scored. He was so poor he missed the target.

{if anybody feels like inserting sarcastic smilies at any point - feel free. Chances are you'll probably get it right}

Anyhow, I missed other scores, Who were Tottenham Hotspur playing in the Champions League tonight?

seems possible although crazy. there should of been goals scored by now.

And Zenit has just scored.

What a great goal from Man City who have been outplayed so far.

Typical..I was just thinking, lescott is the type of player I like to see play for England (he is that bad), i go for a pee, and Man City score. Amazing how quickly you can shake, spin and run back :D

poor everything at the Emirates. Gervinhos falling over and upfront. Podolskis out wide and not tracking back so Santos is dealing with a lot alone. Schalke should of had a peno. same old crap. youd think with the extra man in midfield, Ramsey would protect Santos or another role such as Coquelins while protecting Santos.

second half.. lets see what Boulds done.

This Arsenal team is a mere shadow of the great Arsenal sides of yonder.

I am impressed with the way Lescott can stand still and watch opposition score goals..he has that down perfect. Added to his ability to pass to the opposition, he has a great future :)

The only difference is your team has spent several hundred million and still seems to be a team of individuals who can't defend run by a tinkerman.

A lack of quality and a lack of leadership are just two of the things that are wrong.

I missed all of the goals yesterday apart from Barca vs Celtic. I thought they would show them all in CL goals at 10 as they couldnt at 6 because of the early kick off

You say it's time for Wenger to leave every time we hit a bad patch.

People need to calm down. These two games have been poor but a lot has been encouraging this season, good performances against City and Liverpool. We've already been to stoke, Chelsea wasn't great but they are on a roll.

This kind of reaction is slowly turning me off football. Everything is always so dramatic. Sometimes you lose in sport. Every year the same articles, the same notions, the same complaints. Yet Arsenal finish apart on par with what their financial position should merit. Sometimes above. Wenger was getting lots of credit for the turn around last season and for reinventing the team at the start of this season. Now he is the senile old fool again.

Santis been stopped playing and Gervinho falls over.its the same old Damien. why try play a barca or spainish style when you havent a sqaud with all round qaulity. its either truly not there or its not being touched. our squad depth sucks yet theres proven qaulity. whos at fault for the circles? me for complaining?
