He has already been ruled out. Massive loss, it will have to be some performance from England to win without him imo.

Well he is out of the series so its up to others to come forward and prove that they can do it in the heat of a Ashes battle.

Is it the whole series? I heard he was going to miss the 4th Test and hopefully be fit again for the 5th. If out for the rest, then England are screwed. Although we will deserve to lose the Ashes if we lose the last 2 Tests. Don't think anyone has come from 2-1 down to win before.
