Well there was a press release to announce it and say its coming soon.

They must be channels on 891,892. Why else would have spaces between 890 and 893 ?

They had press releases in march 2010 about HD channels lauching in april 2010 when not everybody would get the HD channels in april. NGTV rollout was completed until the end May 2010
