Netflix interface is awful on Tivo for speed compared to my Samsung Smart TV and the PS4 (huge loading time aside)

PQ also looks better on the other 2 devices.

Does Netflix use the dedicated 10mb BB line for it?

I'm not aware that was the case. A big fuss was made of it on these forums (as is always the case with an upgrade), but I don't recall it being 'advertised' by VM. In fact, being that it was an 'under the hood' upgrade (which would not interest most people) and not a feature upgrade, there would be no point in trumpeting it.

And yet trumpeted it was!

Yes.

When TiVo was launched a lot was made about it having a dedicated connection that would not be subject to the vagaries of the ordinary broadband. In practice that hasn't worked out and the efforts of keeping this second network running efficiently seem to lag behind those of standard broadband. Maybe it will be helped by the people now deserting TiVo for smart TVs and other devices...

There is a difference between announcing and trumpeting.

My TIVO didn't record the last episode of BBC1's Remember Me" on Sunday.

I had it on series link and there were no clashes.

Any ideas why?

No, will that tell me if it had a wobble and just didn't record it?

I find it pretty funny that TiVo forgot to record a show called remember me ;-)

Yes, Recording Hiccups will tell you why a program didn't record.

The easiest way to get there is by pressing the Home button, followed by 6.

Glad I saw this post. I was just thinking when Remember Me was on.
I've now realised that Tivo didn't record it even though it has a series link.
Nothing shows up in Hiccups?

Exactly the same for me! I looked in Hiccups last night and there's nothing!

I'm not sure TiVo can be trusted any more.
