A proper screen reader - a full screen magnifier . Accessibility that's complete. Support for a Braille display via Bluetooth.

iPhone 4: Apple A4 SoC (ARM Cortex-A8 single-core CPU, PowerVR SGX535 single-core GPU), 512MB RAM, 5MP camera, 3.5" screen. iPhone 4S: Apple A5 SoC (ARM Cortex-A9 dual-core CPU, PowerVR SGX543MP2 dual-core GPU), 512MB RAM, 8MP camera, 3.5" screen. iPhone 5: Apple A6 SoC (custom-designed "Swift" dual-core CPU, based upon the newer ARMv7 architecture, PowerVR SGX543MP3 triple-core GPU), 1GB RAM, 8MP camera (but with faster capture and better low-light performance), 4" screen (16:9 AR). iPhone 5S: Apple A7 SoC (custom-designed multi-core 64bit CPU, based upon the even newer ARMv8 architecture, GPU not yet known but speculation is that it's a PowerVR SGX543MP4 quad-core GPU or a PowerVR Series 6), 1GB RAM (unconfirmed), 8MP camera (but f/2.2 instead of f/2.4), 4" screen (16:9 AR), TouchID fingerprint sensor. Yeah, "same old same old" with no major changes at all between versions  Also, don't forget, as I said before: The "off year" is always just an "S" version with a spec bump and the odd new feature. The alternating year when the model number goes up is when it gets much more of a re-design. Quote:

Re: The iPhone thread
so the processor improves slightly with slight ram improvements after 4 years and that justifies the hefty price tags? no wonder they are losing market share.
Why not just keep releasing the 3210 and just making it longer with more processing power then? |
Re: The iPhone thread
The processor improvements are more than just "slight". Try looking at some of the benchmarks.
As for market share... Apple doesn't chase market share. If it did it would release a cheaper phone, but it's not fussed about that. Still, anyway... Although Apple's global share has dipped (which happens in the quarter before a refresh), it is actually still the number 1 smartphone manufacturer in the US, above Samsung, HTC, Motorola and LG. That share has also increased compared to last year, as has its OS share in the US. And it's still selling more iPhones year-on-year... 31.2 million in Q3 2013 versus 26 million in Q3 2012. |

Wih it would hurry up, dying to try iOS 7 out on my iPad mini.
I know it will likely be after 6pm as that is 10am in California and thats when Apple will have started work for the day lol. |
Re: The iPhone thread
Using the GM edition which is the same as the final release and just like the beta, I love it! You need iTunes 11.1 for it though and that will (should?) be released at the same time tonight..
