l suppose its my habit sometimes of shortening peoples names.:)

Woke up to about a inch of snow here in Mansfield. Not snowing at the moment & 24hrs early, if I'm supposed to get a snow day off of work it needs to be tomorrow dammit!!!!!!!

No sign of any snow here yet - SE London/N.Kent area. Our local council provides free bags of salt and snow shovels to groups of residents who want to help keep the side roads clear. The scheme works quite well especially as, at the first sign of snow, travellers have been known to empty the official grit bins and then use the stolen grit for clearing private drives etc. for a price.

In Reading there was some sleet on Saturday after noon but no snow yet.

A mere dusting this morning, barely enough to brush a snowman's teeth with.

No snow here, which isn't surprising as I'm lazing by a pool in Bangkok. :D

Back to Blighty tomorrow though :(
