Is it just one channel launching on Monday. Or is there any info on more launching on Monday too.

With Fox and Nat Geo now in l, I'm really struggling to justify staying on xl.

I hear that more channels are set to join the L package. http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/35...-post2269.html

More channels to launch in XL Package?

If the rumored sky channels are coming this year then XL might be worth staying with but if they don't and you're not a sports fan them a smaller pack would be better choice.

XL must be getting new channels or their would be no point in having XL pack.

I stayed on the XL package because of FOX, that was before BT Sports was announced. But the main reason now is the HD channels.

This might all change depending on what happens with SA/SA HD, Universal HD, Netflix and also what VM have instore with their link up with the PS4.

I suspect there may be a good deal for XL customers with Netflix once it rolls out (eg free for XL customers). I have nothing to confirm this, but I suspect that this is the way we are going and it will ensure that the XL package remains worthwhile.

Well with BT Sports on XL it is well worth it in my mind Andy.

Well don't forget you've got the Sky channels and Netflix to look forward to, as well as Lifetime on Monday and the extra BBC channels in December.

I doubt that we will get much (if any) warning of the Sky channels launching on VM because their staff are all on gagging orders! We are now at fever pitch....:)

I do not really know how TV Deals are signed.

I think FOX has ask for less money per viewer every month (To move to the L Package) in bid for more viewers (re: More TV Ads money)

Am I correct in getting the impression some people think Netflix will be included in the XL package? If so, why?

Ok, possibly it might be free with the XL package for 6 months, but surely this is a completely independent product, which will simply be provisioned by VM, with charges direct to Netflix? Same as Spotify?
