I've since found out that it seems Apple are deactivating some handsets that have iOS 7 beta without a dev cert. No idea if that means you can do anything about it but I don't want to take the chance so I'm going back to 6.1.3 right now. Still, I've seen what iOS 7 has in store and I can't wait for the 10th - if it does come out that day :)

Apple have surely run out of lives now, how much longer will the punters be duped. are apple even trying anymore?

re-using the same old design, with *just* enough changes to warrant the 'new' moniker
They're rapidly getting left behind now in the areas of innovation, the magics definitely fading fast, I'll be watching the share prices closely, not expecting to see much optimism from the city.
