That likey to be the Sky HD Channels one.

So Sky Sports News HD and Sky News HD may launch in July/August.

Maybe also Sky Sports F1 HD as well.

Hi all,

We apologise for getting you all excited, but we're experiencing a few delays with the launch of these channels and will let you know as soon as we're ready to go.

Thanks for your patience!

How about petition/heckle Sky to drop their cost for it.

But if they did they couldn't distribute leaflets stating "Say Hello to Sky Atlantic. Say bye to broadband usage limits....."

As much as people make claims that Sky have offered it at "a reasonable price", the price isn't really going to be "reasonable" while they continue to use it as a USP for their own platform.

Is it? wasn't the first time just a rumour from a source that later proved to be unreliable? You can't really blame VM for that.

Yep, the first time they were promised was just a rumour

exactly Ben they be first to complain if VM give sky there high price and had to put up prices to pay for one channel

I'm sure the penny will drop one day Dave , Sky's core business is TV they spend hundreds of millions a year on it , VM's core business is Broadband hence why they sold all their broadcasting assets and invested it in their BB network. The only content not viewable on VM is Sky Atlantic which Sky currently see more valuable as exclusive , remember Sky don't need to rely on advertising revenue like many FTA channels as they make far more from subscriptions , so that's a total of one channels content not available on VM as the Sky On Demand content is available to VM subscribers.

I was under the impression that Atlantic was sold to Irish channels, but l was wrong.

VM is still not excused for the fact that Atlantic is no on VM. For VM to get a lot of channels then customers will have to pay more, I am just waiting to hear the charge for BT Vision.
