Oh dear, nffc will be peed off. What a great game for the uncommitted fans though.

In fact with the exception of the MK Dons v Shrewsbury games and the first leg, Oldham v Blackpool game, the play off matches have been brilliant entertainment, some real quality football in the lower leagues.

Jim.

:Yikes: I didn't watch it, but when I flicked through before and saw that Forest had equalised, I that, that they were through then...don't count your chickens...

You were just scared of playing us in the playoff final.

Calderwood and his bloody subs though

Nottingham Forest manager Colin Calderwood:

Quote:

"I feel hughely deflated and disappointed. We've made poor decisions throughout the game and Yeovil were able to exploit that to the full."

The person who made poor decisions was you Calderwood - substitutions that cost us the match. Prutton who got himself sent off (idiot) and even worse, bringing on Morgan - that caused confusion at the back allowing them to score, and then he gave them the forth goal FOC, and then we ended up as nine men because wright was crippled and we had no more subs to bring on.

That said, we played very poorly (bloody sky camera jinx again) the better team on the day won.

I don't think Yeovil will get promoted though - I expect them to be meeting Blackpool, and I expect Blackpool to win.

Well well well what can one say about that shower last night? All day yesterday the local radio stations were bigging Forest up. I was talking to a guy on Thursday in the gym about the match, my words were, "I fancy Yeovil getting something on Friday night". He said don't be daft man Forest will hammer them, I said you just watch Forest will do their normal thing and sit back thinking we've got this in the bag. It happened didn't it they got stuffed by a team who were well up for it, a team that played better than Forest in both legs of the play off's, the blame must be placed at Calderwoods door, if you ask me he's a totally inept manager, his decisions over the season cost Forest promotion.

Look on the bright side though thay can play leeds next season:D:D

Oh dear !

This is poo :disturbd:

---------- Post added at 15:52 ---------- Previous post was at 15:48 ----------

Scholes is the key man for man u with his passing ability. Nobody seems willing to make runs though at the moment. And Ronaldo needs to be switched to the right, in the first half Wright-philips has been doubling up on him.

No way should that have been a goal. Lying cheating Drogba taking a tumble under Smith's challenge :grind:

Indeed it was, but only after Giggs's momentum had pushed even Cech over the line....

You cant be seriously arguing that that was a goal can you?

Plus, how was the linesman and referee supposed to see it, as there were players in the way? ;)
