sounds like a variant of the beagle to me. there is no such address as support@ntlworld.com if thats where it claims to come from

Just received an email this morning at work sent from an NTL home account that got stuck in NTLs email servers for ~16 hours. Part of headers are:

Ironically a message sent only minutes before came straight through.
Looks like that either they don't monitor the queues well or they are still working on the servers and had some offline for some time.

I had a little problem with my e-mail about 5 minutes ago but after running the broadband medic its all perfect again. Really good software that, fixes browser conflicts and all sorts.

:erm: nope, anyone else have this problem, its not the main address of the account, but even when i try to e-mail myself from another address (to test of course) i get "failed".

I hadn't realised they'd upgraded their server status page and it looks like they're attempting to give a bit more info on each fault.

Well at least it's a step in the right direction :)

Now they just need to remove that link to nthellworld.com and also update that copyright notice. Oh, and keep the page updated. :D
