"Much better" is just an opinion, not an actual fact.

Not everyone finds tiles "much better visually", I find them dreadful.
They also tend to take up more space, so you get less results per page.

"some people just don't like change" - well if they consider it a bad change, then of course they dont.

Patronising? It’s what most people think. But as I said, it’s a matter of taste and the ability to accept change.

I have found already that doing a search is quicker with these visuals. For example, when half a dozen different programmes have the same name, you can quickly identify which one you are looking for by the picture, rather than opening each one in turn to get more information.

I have come to accept that many contributors to this forum are resistant to change, but in my experience, most people are excited by it. I don’t like change for the sake of it, but when it delivers improvement, I welcome it. Personally, I think it is a good change and brings Virgin Media into line with other providers.

I accept that you have a different view.

Yes, of course it is. TiVo was good back in the day, but things have moved on.

There you go again, keep up this attitude towards people who dont agree and see where it gets you.

I call BS, what programme title refers to 6 different shows ?
Duplicate shows with the same name occur now and then, 6 different shows with the same name, I think not (but feel free to name it).

Once again you take an insulting attitude to those who do not agree.

Good to hear, although your replies appear to contradict this.

Ridiculous, Paul. Since when has resistance to change been an insult? It’s just a statement of fact.

Resistance to change is normal, but my personal opinion is that some take this to a new level. Others are just getting old, and it’s much more natural for this group.

Good grief, you just cant stop can you, again with the insinuated insults.

Time for you to take a break from this topic before you talk yourself into trouble.
