Al Jazeera reporting bomb blasts in Jalalabad and Kabul. Taliban have opened an investigation into the attacks “and culprits will be brought to justice”

Do terrorists stand out in a crowd in any country? If they did, they wouldn’t be very good at being terrorists?

They used to wear backpacks on the London underground, long beards and mumbling in Arabic. Been a few years, though.

Unlikely, since they were all from West Yorkshire, and didn’t speak Arabic (coming from Pakistani & Jamaican families).

My point was that in a country where all the blokes have beards, dress the same and speak the same language, who can tell?

Women are the same, apart from (in most cases) the beards, which you can't see under that burkha thingy anyway ;)

(a minor detail, except being from different countries /speaking different languages (Urdu (if they did, as they were all born/brought up in the UK (except for one who spent his first year in Jamaica))/it happening in a different year (2005), and the bombers all having short beards).

The point being that two out of the three things you said were incorrect, so your method of ID’ing a terrorist was someone wearing a backpack on the London Underground might return a very high number of false positives… ;)
