Only Hart, Cahill, Rooney, Wilshere and Milner have more than 30 caps each.

The report comments on Rooney and Wilshere so you can exclude them.

We seem to have this culture in England with the national side where it seems the cult of the individual seems to be more important then the cohesive team unit and in my opinion that mindset is doomed to failure every time.

I personally think that Harry Rednappe is my view as the new manager, with Glenn Hoddle as Assistant Manager.

He will crack the wip at the players. And honestly, IF players get selected for there Country, they should play for Nothing.
All this crap that they give it Charity, that's a joke.

When Hodgson was talking in the conference, he took full blame for the loss. BUT, its the players on the pitch that are to blame.

The manager barks out his orders, buts its the players that perform

Except there were no managers orders and a different lineup every game. He's a washed up manager and Redknapps no different. Infact last I remember he was getting Relegated with QPR.

I can't think of a single English manager I'd want in charge.

You should know better than most what difference an influential manager can do. Spurs last game of the season saw them spanked by the magic of Benitez.
