Yet by having fewer different modem types, they pay less for firmware updates and have less training to do so there are money savings to be made as well.

how much do you reckon VM pay for firmwares? is it not included in the contract ?

lets hope a lesson has been learnt then. Somebody should write a paper on it for the isp world and let it serve as an example on how things can go so terribly wrong

Does anyone have anymore information on the rumoured spec? I read somewhere that the people who are in the SH 2 trial are in an NDA until the 25th March, which has passed. |
