Re: Plane Spotters Corner
Video (from far away and very grainy) of the accident
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8586114.stm Says the pilot in hospital dislocated his shoulder (probably the ejection or landing) but yes I count that as a slight accident.. Any landing you walk away from is a good landing whether you be in the plane or not at the time of touching the ground :D ---------- Post added at 08:05 ---------- Previous post was at 08:03 ---------- Latest from the red arrow's website naming the two pilots Quote:

With not much to spot at the moment just having a browse through the archives. Couple of odd paint jobs (or lack of) spotted at Manchester a while ago.
They hadn't got around to painting the Airbus yet. Not sure where it was heading to, think it was Thomas Cook. (sorry about the Gulfstream wing, wish they'd park them somewhere else out of the way) Attachment 20012 Never really worked out what was going on with the Cathay freight paint scheme. Someone went mad with the paint stripper on the 747F and just put a few stickers on it ;) Attachment 20013 |

Re: Plane Spotters Corner
And along the same lines, if you happen to pick up a Vulcan Bomber at a car boot, you'll be needing one of these.
