the problem with Ronaldo is he has lots of skill on the ball but he doesn't always have alot of end product.. he can do all the fancy stuff and then run straight into a defender.. if you can't beat the man then the tricks don't really work.. for £12m i would have expected a complete footballer not someone who needs as much work as he does

he's abit like the blokes you see at HT who can do keepie uppie for ages but they can't actually play football...

we were lucky last night.. Wigan played well and wanted to win.. none of our midfield performed last night in fact i still can't see what on earth Park brings to the team he's done nothing so far apart from fall over when we played Fulham

russ its true about marketability, the fans in asia go wild over players who 'preform' for english sides.

i think hes ok, atleast he can pass....ok...

his goal ratio for goals recently is superb and his pace and skill, his stepovers and flicks to go past players, i have been following him closely over the past few games, i think hes hit some form, i admit hes not 100% good at it but i love him lol

At least that appalling penalty decision came to late to have an influence, at least three Chelski players were offside before Terry miskicked the back of the Barca players leg.:)

We didn't even make it in the Championship - but who mentioned Forest?

Since you started... out of Brit sides only Liverpool have won the European Cup more times than Forest. United have 2 wins (same as us), Villa one, and the rest none.

And we won it when it was just champions, no seedings, and knockout - first European tie we beat holders Liverpool :)

(I wasn't born then, sadly)

Well you did actually when you posted that post.

Just pointing out that your team did even worse in the qualifying stakes than Utd ;)

Not at all - I was commenting on U*d and Chelsea's relative performances!

As for Forest/Utd- is it embarrassing that a League 1 side has as many EC wins as yourself?

Not really when you consider where both teams are in the league as well as comparing all honours won by both teams.
