You can't compare the pricing of the latest 1Tb box with one of the older Sky boxes either that are "free" either. But if I do stay with VM I will get Tivo for free anyway. I'm decided, instead of £189 + £36(12 times £3 a month) +£40 install I'm getting Sky-hd installed for 1 year with 1 pack and HD.

That way I will have 3 tuners on my v+ and 2 on my sky+hd so the potential to record 5 channels....Beat that Tivo lol.

BTW if you paid VM for two V+ boxes you could have six tuners without paying two subscriptions. :)

I know but since I joined VM in december my kids and Mrs keep whining about the channels they have lost. I was telling them the Tivo will make up for it but lets face it..It wont.

So tivo or skyhd with one or 2 packs for an extra £70 over a year? Like i said I'm sure i will love Tivo when i get it rolled out ot me as part of VM's global rollout.
