I think he might.

I think it's a good addition to the market. A combination of Freeview and NOW TV Entertainment might appeal to those on a tight budget. I still think the SKY Sports day pass needs revised.

The pricing on the sky sports day pass is mental, the entertainment bundle is very competitive though.

Talking of NOW TV it's only £4.99 to the first 60,000 subscribers. I have no idea what anyone after this will be charged. Trying to get further info on this just now.

Hi Chad I just been over and looked and it says Introductory price of £4.99 per month if joining by 31st March 2014. Currently available only on compatible PC & Mac, PS3, NOW TV Box and Roku.

So I dont know if it is limited to the number of subscribers.
I have just sent for my box a bargain at £4.99 a month imho
I will also use it for sky movies as at £8.99 it is a lot cheaper than I can get it on Virgin. Crafty Sky :-)

The entertainment bundle is good value. Even SKY Movies on NOW TV is decent value now it's been repriced.

I was told limited numbers however that could be a mistake.

I've got NOW TV via my LG Smart TV. The new channels haven't been added yet via the app.

I think it's great value. Would like to know if they plan a HD version.

I agree it's good value at £4.99. But for VM users, it is only the Sky Atlantic that is of any value. And until the put all the Atlantic shows on there (or the vast majority), and, more importantly, previous seasons, then it is badly flawed, even at £4.99.

I wonder if Sky may see how many VM users subscribe and then work out if they would get more from that at £4.99 per customer, compared with a reduced flat rate or every VM customer (or XL customer) from wholesaling it to VM.

Or, given improving relations between Sky and VM and Sky's reported desire for VM to take Bravo, they may just do a deal with VM for Atlantic anyway.

There target audience must surely be the people with free to air digital channel services; Freview, Freesat and Youview though.

It's not really a clique it's just there's some posters who you'd trust the rumours from and then some who come on, having never really posted with information and no evidence so you never know if its somewhere being a WUM (wind up merchant)

If den posts something and says the same information i'd take it on board. You just don't know other people. It's not being a clique really. Though i'd very much like to be in a clique with Den we'd be mega cool.

If Sky Atlantic doesn't come to VM, maybe those who really want this channel will use this service as a workaround?

If the missing shows that you mentioned are sorted out, £4.99 a month is not far off the extra quid a week that some people said that they would be prepared to pay if SA appeared as a standalone channel.
