Good thinking

This deal (if it had been available) would have made me think about it

Strange, one would have thought you should get same, if you mean adsl2 etc...they must use same or similar equipment. Not as if your house is further away using BT

But regardless, do say you plan to leave.

i said same about my tv yesterday, to get my deal. I mentioned virgin (cough cough :D)

Just rang Sky and been given some news. I have 6 months if BB unlimited free because ive moved address. This was applied end of April. I didnt even know that i was getting that discount so good times. Drinks are in me

PS Colin. I got a 2 TB box for £49 when i moved home. I had to pay an extra multiroom sub for one month and then cancel so it removed my old non PVR so came to £60 seemed a good deal for me :D

Ya the 500GB is getting full on mine as dont get chance to watch the content i had on there when i moved. Ive had to put the 2TB in the bedroom until i have had chance to watch everything on my 500GB and will then swap them around so mine is just sat there recording films

we paid £149 for 2tb box, and got free sky+hd for multiroom.

It's a saleable asset in a way, there are some on ebay for £129 used.

Sorry for late reply, just noticed

It was £49, plus £15 delivery charge

The £49 is standard for existing customers, so he couldn't do me a deal on that

But overall, the guy was very helpful, can't praise him enough.

And i taught him that HD does start immediately, his script was wrong, as he tried to say I would need to wait until new box came, but I queried that, so I checked while chatting with him online (hey, free calls, so happy to chat, and I am getting old :D)

Following on from this:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/n...rts-offer.html

Just noticed this on the SKY website:

http://www.sky.com/shop/tv/?DCMP=AFC...affiliate=true

I was on the site early this morning however since then the price of SKY Sports has been removed, and the button you would usually click on for further information on how to add SKY Sports has been removed also.

Just an error on the site, or could the market changer mentioned in the Telegraph article be something to do with SKY Sports?

You see errors happen on all sites Chad and Sky are no different to Virgin on that score but alas try telling that to some other revered members of this forum.;):dig:

And it says this too

Sky TV price will increase on 1 September 2013 by up to 10% in accordance with our standard terms.

If you are joining or upgrading to Sky TV with the Sports Pack, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw.
