Then just spend a quiet couple of days doing touristy things I don't normally do when I am working in London - London Eye, the DUKW trip, some of the museums, and I am sure my darling wife will want to get some shopping in.....:)

You could do a lot worse than this place just of Oxford Street, very reasonable to

Might not seem like a happy thought but...

Just got back from Exmouth after Mum's funeral yesterday.

Humanist ceremony was great and afterwards everyone said it was just how Mum would have wanted it to be.

Very tired but glad that it went well.

So happy for you Cobby. I'm glad everything went well. How is your Aunt? Has she recovered now?

Back in hospital with a suspected twisted gut unfortunately. Initially in ICU but now in HDU.

Seems a bit neverending at the moment, especially as one of my daughter's Uni friends who disappeared on Sunday has just been found dead in the River Wharfe at Wetherby :(

This year has not started well for you Cobs, happily you have Juliann to support you through these trying times, and hopefully things will only get better from here on in. :hugs:
