what's even worse is that he's said i'll go to either Barca or Real.. surely it's up to those clubs to choose if they wan him.. would love it if no one ended up going for him but can't see that happening

I am sure Barcalona said they would not be buying anyone else after they signed Gudjohnson, obviously that is not set in stone however it does give an indication to their intentions. Only one of the four candidates up for presidency said they wanted him at Real, I think the guy that won it has targeted Febregas and Robben as transfer targets, therefore it was one of the losers that wanted Ronaldo so it could well turn out to be Man Utd's headache, which for once I would have every sympathy for.

what's so annoying is that once again a player has said i'm leaving and now there is nothing the club can do about it.. after all that investment and money they have given him as well as helping him improve as a player now he's said he wants to go he will be off

they might as well not have contracts for all the worth they are

would be good if Man U said you are in the reserves but unfortunately that won't happen

we are in enough trouble at united without loosing another midfielder. we are supposed to be buying in new midfield not loosing it. who do we play next season now. fletcher wide right and giggs and o'shea in middle again. !!!

Looks like he is going on strike unless he gets his move, delusions of grandeur or what, on the plus side though if Milan get relegated, Man Utd are going to move for Gattuso and Pirlo.

To be honest, good riddance (and not because of the Rooney incident either, before you say anything). His play is just so infuriating.

He is touted as this wonderkid, yet he only ever has one or two good games per season.

He is one of those players who, when faced with the choice of run through a wall of 3 opposing players or keep possession and either go around or pass to a teammate, will automatically go for the first choice and hope he gets a freekick. Majority of the time he won't get it and then kneels there pouting. :knock:

Everyone goes on about how is only a kid. He's 21 now! There does not appear to be any improvement from his first game!

You can guess that I won't be sad at his leaving.

If A.F wants to teach him a lesson then he should put the prat on the bench for the rest of his contract. I'm sure he can be useful as a waterboy.
