as all of the others have said if More4 does not come as advertised on Monday we wont be very happy bunnies-when the others come ? well how long is a piece of string ?

I had read and fully understood Sams previous post, I was merely following on from what invisibleboy said adding that if More 4 didn't launch on Monday as it will on every other digital platform, there will be a lot of annoyed people.

All kudos for Sam posting on here giving us a bit of inside information, but all we've had recently is glorified "coming soon" statements, her last post indicating that we will hopefully be getting some official news about the launches which I'm sure will be yet another "coming soon" :rolleyes:

It would be nice to know what this 'problem' actually is thats taken them over five weeks to fix, because every visible test that anyone has seen indicates there are NO problems with the channels.

Well, hopefully since all the new channels including More4 are just sitting there hidden for most people a launch on Monday will be possible.

Don't get your hopes up, the eleven channels have been hidden ready for launch since 8th Septemer on my box yet still they haven't launched!

According to a post over on digital spy, more4+1 won't launch on NTL or Sky till the 17th October :)

Oh well at least Sky can get the golden dunce award as well as NTL!! At least its good to know that us NTL people are not the only ones who dont get their channels launched on the advertised day-its absolutly choice isnt it!!

Well I don't think its supposed to launch on Monday - the More4 website makes no mention of +1's launch :)

See when the channels are tested, does it just come up as if they are properly there?

eg if you stuck on 172 it would have the epg and everything for VH2?

well it does give the More4 launch day as 10th October on the site,and does state NTL have it on channel #166 so lets see tomorrow,I'm a massive fan of channel4 only channel I really watch much of so should be good this.

Given that ntl seems unable/unwilling to add these new channels it promised us five weeks ago, and reading a statement by Sam B, don't expect More4 to be on ntl at 8pm tomorrow night.

I think this would be a seriously damaging incident for ntl if More4 was not broadcasting on ntl at 8pm tomorrow night. They have had several weeks of notice about the launch date of this channel and they clearly have the space to carry it as Express Shopping Channel's closure frees to the necessary space.

I guess we shall see what happens in the next 24 hours.
