When I do and sign in it says "You can upgrade to our incredible WiFi Hub at no extra cost" and shows a picture of a Hub3 even though I'm on Gig1 with a Hub4.

Below the image it says "Image shown is a hub 3. Hub supplied may very dependent on your bundle and stock availability."

I went through the process of requesting a new shub and right through to the end for the final order confirmation where it itemised my bundle and costs and it still said shub 3.

For me it says "Lucky you – it looks like you’ve already got our latest Hub! Check out some of its brilliant features." even though I have Hub 3.

I went through the link and placed my order. new hub coming on friday. If its a 3 it'll be winging its way back.

If you're on Gig1 there is no new Hub to upgrade to at the moment.

Not on the pages anymore (and the fact there was page appears to have been in error), but there are gig 1 customers with a Hub 5, which I guess dangled the carrot

Yes, that's true, but anyone with a Hub 5 currently are part of an invite only change. What happen in 2022 is for next year.

The Hub 4 is still the one provided for Gig1 for most new and existing customers on it.

Would you expect them to offer Hub5 to Gig1 customers next year when it fully launches, or will it be an end of contract/recontract/new customers only thing?

I kind of feel like Hub5 is an indication Gig2 might come sooner than we think, probably before D3.1 upstream, sometime mid next year. D3.1 downstream is already in place etc...

Do we have any kind of acknowledgment they are looking at D3.1 Upstream? Would be nice to see, but I've not been able to find anything to confirm it as of yet

Nope it was a hub 3. Sending it back as I already have a Hub4
