So i won't expect a credit to my account or will i still be eligable?

Won't do any harm to call and ask.

Rang CS to ask if i would be eligable had to tell them where to find info on Help & Support, and said yes i will get the credit. Thanks Virgin.

We bought two 1TB TiVo boxes at £149, I presume they will refund on all boxes purchased rather than just one. Is anyone else in this position?

Again best to call and find out what they will refund you :)

Shame the refunds not back in your bank account to spend on something else you like. Well done VM for keeping loyal customers happy. I personally won't be subscribing to the Tivo service as its another 18 month contract and I'm already paying £110 per month for my services til the end of this year.

Within 2 hours they phoned me up and before I got to say anything the guy said that he had credited my account with £50.

Well done.

They did actually.

If they did, they have just shown how bad there customer services are, if they are unable to learn from previous problems.

Yep instead of getting all resentful and telling people they were going to be put on a blacklist you could of just waited to see what the outcome was.

But its ok everyone knew you were making it up as you went a long so no harm done. Of course we must all remember not to complain about biscuits though, wouldnt want to be on the biscuit blacklist.

Apparently once on the biscuit blacklist you're only allowed plain biscuits, so no Jammy dodgers,,,,,,,,,,,,could you imagine...............

Well it seems whatever the original plan was its all sorted now. Companys don't always get things right 1st time, but if they don't showing they have listened to customers is all we can ask.

I think in this case VM have clearly listened and acted within a couple of days.

Indeed they should be praised, but they need to learn a lesson and sort their communications out, which is what a lot of people have been saying on here for as long as I can remember.
