Yes this this is the best bit as if they are not seen as fit and proper they will not get it.

Just said on Sky news OFCOM can only look at the current directors , therefore the takeover would go through , and an ex OFCOM executive said it has already passed competition commission stage.

It has not passed the stage where ofcom can look at it and still pass it to the CC as was debated yesterday in the Commons.

Most will probably not spend as much as well if they ever return , especially if readers drastically drop off.

Look mate I hate the fella as much as you but most on here know it will still more than likely go through. Watch Sky news it's on now, listen the ex OFCOM guy. I personally hope he doesn't takeover BSKYB.

Why are they biased , Murdoch owns 39% of BSKYB not all of it , you would have a valued argument had he already took the further 61%. The NOTW are getting a rough ride on Sky news as well.
