But, if hard caps are going to be introduced..

How can they implement these without major TOS changes, which would involve informing all customers before the change and giving them the option of a "getout" clause if they don't agree with them (thus possibly losing thousands of customers who are still inside their initial 12 month contract)

i sence my speeds are going fast is it really happening for me umm i wonder :) i think the manchester area which i live in are coming to the speed first rock on baby 3mb i prey for u today :D

I lost my broadband connection for about 15 minutes at just after half-past 12 (I'm near Lichfield, about 15 miles north of Birmingham).

First time in ages. Could be coincidence.

No increase in download times for me, but then again, I'm currently on a 300k connection so will have to ask for the upgrade.

Should I or shouldn't I?

Click "Go Advanced"

Go to the manage attachements button.

It's all easy from there :D

I got the same downtime in Manchester (Wythenshawe area) but at 1am, I'm on 750k there's been no speed increase though.

My pc completely frozed at 12:45, it was like a cpu spike, cm cut off and then i rebooted, got nothing after 10 or so minutes.

So i guess nothing to report in glasgow

Might be better to use that one, more accurate than a actual normal download.

I'm confused....does upload count towards the 1GB/day or just download?
