V+HD Box - I know I can't be the only one who is suffering a complete meltdown of their box everytime they press the red button to watch whatever sport is available at that time.

No issues with any other aspect of Red Button

l am afraid the foreign call centres are utterly useless as far as l am concerned and you need to speak to a british call centre worker as they understand things a lot more.

It's unfortunate that VM decide to employ people for whom English may not be their first language to discuss technical problems with their V service. It's absolutly not their fault, of course, it's VM's.

I would have great difficulty explaining tht my red button doesn't work in Spanish, or French or Urdu so why should VM expect it the other way around. Ludicrous!

Yes, It's great that we have the Reb Button but I'm sure it's infuriating when it doesn't work and then you add to that the difficulty in explaining just what's wrong with it. I'm not suprised there is anger, though I hope there is never any rudness.

I think there will be some angry football fans on Sunday, if you can't get the red button on VM.

Sky (as usual) will show the last games of the season on the red button.

Go to a pub that shows a lot of sports E.G Walkabout (other pubs are out there) and they should have all the matches showing?

I have subscribed to the sports on and off for years and l always thought that l am paying all this so l should get access to the red button because we are paying exactly the same as you would if we were on Sky,s platform, its as simple as that.

I did not expect it but I for one will not have a go at the forum members that said that it will be here. All I have to say that the 2 forum members that did say that it will be here, You have the balls and also the tenacity to stay one here after it has all gone PETE TONG.

Thanks for sticking your neck out and you are only able to go on the info that you are given.

I believe DF when he says will get the full red button but I think he needs to convince the VM Forum Team Members, another quote from them.

"We do not have the rights from sky for the red button on all programmes."

No mention of at the moment or will be getting them.

red button

Well there was no red button option for yesterdays premier league survival games `eh. Much as I expected though. What was on the red button on sky sports 2 was rugby. As it was the first time I`d seen the sky red button I pressed it to see it in action. Two problems occured, 1 I couldn`t get back to the main sports 2 channel (I ended up re-setting the box) and 2 the red button and `rugby sevens `stayed on the screen the whole time I watched the footy, which was very annoying. Anyone else had the 1st problem and is the red button(dot) supposed to stay on the screen all the time?

You can usually remove the red button prompt by pressing the blue button.

Yesterday's was the first time the Sky Red Button service crashed my box "Just a moment" for 5 minutes, then had to force a reset, which took another 3 or 4 minutes to complete. Seeing as how the service was nothing more than changing from one video channel to another, with maybe a line of digital text saying "Please press BACK to exit", this really shouldn't be happening, when more complicated interactive services have been on the platform for many years.
